The Hawaiʻi Chamber of Commerce of Northern California will have our Annual Five Star Aloha Gala on Friday, September 10th, 2021. This is our organization’s signature event and serves as a venue for honoring individuals and organizations with our Kūlia I Ka Nuʻu (Strive for the Summit) Award for contributions in promoting the Aloha Spirit from Hawaii through Northern California and beyond. All proceeds go to helping fund our scholarship program foundation and organization.

Hoala will share more about his experiences and journey from growing up on the Big Island of Hawaii to founding Paubox, the leading provider of HIPAA-compliant email services. The talk will include his personal story of being an entrepreneur both in Hawaii and on the mainland, and how he had led the company to take on new opportunities and challenges, from it's early days in Hawaii to moving to San Francisco and pursuing new markets.
